We understand that travel plans may change. The following outlines our refund and cancellation policy for Umrah packages and related bookings.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking:
* *More than 30 days before departure:* 70% refund (excluding visa & administrative fees).
* *15–30 days before departure:* 50% refund.
* *Less than 15 days before departure:* No refund available due to confirmed bookings with airlines and hotels.
2. Visa Fees
Visa fees are *non-refundable* once processing has begun.
3. Flight or Hotel Cancellations
Flight and hotel cancellation policies depend on the respective service provider’s terms. We will always attempt to minimize your losses.
4. Modification Requests
Date or name changes are subject to airline, hotel, and Saudi regulations and may incur additional charges.
5. Refund Method
Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method within *14 business days* after approval.
6. Cancellations by myUmrah Guider
If a package is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., airline cancellation, Saudi regulation changes), you will receive a *full refund or credit* toward a future booking.
